Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Worker / Pick & Pack Associate for a clean, organized facility in Whitmore Lake. This position supports shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment for medical equipment.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, and enjoys hands-on warehouse work.
What You'll Do
- Receive and inspect incoming medical equipment
- Clean and sanitize equipment prior to shipment
- Prepare, wrap, pack, and ship orders
- Verify serial numbers, packing lists, and shipping documentation
- Photograph equipment before shipment for documentation purposes
- Inspect equipment and packaging for damage
- Create shipping labels using UPS and FedEx software
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment
- Support daily warehouse and material handling operations
Ideal Candidate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or pick/pack experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work history
- Able to follow instructions and work with multiple team members
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks such as packing, wrapping, labeling, and boxing
- Willing to learn and ask questions during training
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting
- Regular lifting of 25-35 lbs.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional use of a manual pallet jack
Work Environment
- Clean warehouse environment supporting the medical industry
- Alcohol-based cleaning products used for sanitizing equipment
- Latex gloves provided (non-latex options available upon request)
- No required PPE
- Sealed beverages permitted at workstations
