Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in North Baltimore, Ohio. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and PLCs is a plus
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
