• Lead production teams and daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Manage supervisors and team leads while monitoring labor, output, downtime, scrap, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to solve production problems, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: 5+ Years Manufacturing Leadership Experience Required

• Lead production teams while driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time performance.
• Assign work, train and coach associates, monitor production, and resolve day-to-day issues on the floor.
• Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience in a manufacturing/factory environment required.

• Improve manufacturing processes, workflow, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Work with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams on equipment improvements and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements: 2+ Years Manufacturing Experience Required

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair utility lines and related equipment while following established safety procedures.
• Climb poles, work at heights, set and replace equipment, pull and secure lines, and perform hands-on field repairs using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Must be willing and able to travel, as jobs are often out of town
