Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (includes 1 hour of overtime daily)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports a label manufacturing and printing operation by assisting with warehouse, production, and shipping activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inbound and outbound shipping operations.
• Unload incoming deliveries and prepare outgoing shipments for UPS pickup.
• Support production lines by supplying paper products used in the printing process.
• Pack finished products, label boxes, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Stack products on pallets and shrink-wrap completed orders.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with general shipping and receiving duties.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Candidates with forklift experience may qualify for the higher pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
• Candidates without forklift experience will start at $17.00 per hour.
