Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, inspect products for quality, package finished goods, and support daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift A: Monday-Wednesday 6:00am-6:00pm, Thursday 6:00am-12:00pm

Pay: $19

Shift C: Thursday 12:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm
Pay: $21

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with material handling, pallet movement, and forklift operation as needed
• Support production changeovers and equipment setup
• Train and assist new team members when required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
