Laser/Turret Operator

Set up and operate Laser and Turret equipment to produce high-quality metal components
Retrieve machine programs and install appropriate tooling according to job specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions
Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tooling changes to meet production requirements
Inspect finished parts using visual and dimensional measurements to ensure accuracy and quality
Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, material defects, and production inconsistencies
Utilize ERP software to review production schedules and track job progress
Coordinate with production leadership to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
Previous experience setting up and operating Laser/Turret equipment preferred
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience using precision measuring tools and performing quality inspections
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
