Our client, a full-line electrical supply distributor serving the industrial, construction, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) markets, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and deliver products to customers throughout the Austin area.

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining an organized warehouse, and providing timely deliveries with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in supporting both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Verify order accuracy before delivery or customer pickup.
• Deliver products to customer locations in a professional and timely manner.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers and warehouse staff as needed.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and delivery schedules.
• Perform general warehouse duties and inventory-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, delivery, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
