Solar Panel Builder / Warehouse Production Associate

Pay Rate:

• Entry-Level: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (little to no experience)

• Experienced: $24.00–$25.00 per hour (prior solar panel assembly experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Solar Panel Builders to join a warehouse production team. This position involves assembling and building solar panels in a factory environment. Candidates will follow blueprints, work instructions, and established production procedures to ensure solar panels are assembled accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday, following detailed instructions, and maintaining consistent production quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and build solar panels and related components in a warehouse production environment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.

• Follow step-by-step procedures to ensure products are built correctly.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as needed.

• Measure, align, position, and secure components during assembly.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent quality.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.

• Comfortable performing the same tasks repeatedly throughout an entire shift.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Manufacturing, warehouse, electrical assembly, or construction experience is a plus.

• Previous solar panel building or solar assembly experience preferred for higher pay.

Compensation & Experience Levels

Entry-Level Candidates – $20.00–$22.00/hr

• Little to no prior experience required.

• Willingness to learn solar panel assembly.

• Ability to follow blueprints and detailed instructions.

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.

Experienced Candidates – $24.00–$25.00/hr

• Previous experience building or assembling solar panels.

• Familiarity with solar components and assembly processes.

• Ability to independently read blueprints and complete assemblies.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Work Environment

• Indoor warehouse/factory setting.

• Production and assembly-focused work.

• Repetitive tasks performed throughout the shift.

• Standing and working at an assembly station for extended periods.

• Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.
