What You Will Do

• Facility Upkeep: Maintain clean, safe, and operational conditions across production floors, break rooms, restrooms, and shared facility areas.

• Light Repairs and Touch-Ups: Complete interior touch-up painting, minor drywall patching, and basic building fixes using standard hand tools.

• 6S and Lean Support: Drive 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) lean manufacturing organization initiatives across the plant floor.

• Continuous Improvement: Assist facility leadership with plant enhancement projects to optimize daily production workflows.

• Safety Auditing: Inspect building areas to spot and report maintenance needs, structural repairs, or safety hazards promptly.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Handyman, mechanical, or facility upkeep experience required (apartment maintenance, building superintendent, or industrial facility background is a strong plus).

• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable operating basic hand tools, cleaning equipment, and painting supplies for minor building repairs.

• Required PPE: Steel-toe work boots strictly required on site from Day 1.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Peters, MO.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
