Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Picker Packers / Warehouse Associates for a footwear distribution operation in Roselle, NJ.

This position involves unpacking footwear, carefully cleaning and wiping down shoes using alcohol pads, and repackaging them into their original boxes.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who can follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and unpack boxes containing footwear.

  • Carefully remove shoes from their packaging.

  • Wipe down and clean footwear using provided alcohol pads.

  • Inspect footwear for visible dirt, marks, or other imperfections.

  • Ensure shoes are clean and properly handled before repackaging.

  • Place cleaned footwear back into its original packaging.

  • Verify that footwear is properly paired and packaged.

  • Organize completed boxes for further processing or shipment.

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the cleaning and repackaging process.

  • Follow established cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary materials.

  • Assist with additional packing and general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning, packing, and unpacking tasks.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

  • Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.

Preferred:

  • Previous warehouse, picker packer, or packaging experience.

  • Experience with product inspection, cleaning, or quality control.

  • Experience in footwear, apparel, or retail distribution.

  • Previous experience in a production or assembly environment.
