Express Employment Omaha is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who understands that sales is a grind and is motivated by results.

This is not an account management role. You will be expected to create opportunities through relentless prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face business development. If you need constant encouragement, dislike hearing "no," or prefer waiting for inbound opportunities, this is probably not the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Make a high volume of B2B cold calls every day
• Prospect in person and build relationships with decision-makers
• Generate your own pipeline and opportunities
• Consistently push through rejection and objections
• Manage multiple sales opportunities from prospecting to close
• Be held accountable to activity and results, not effort alone

What It Takes

• At least 3 years of B2B cold calling experience
• Proven success in a hunter-style sales role
• Thick skin and the ability to handle rejection daily
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-discipline, competitiveness, and a results-driven mentality
• Ability to prospect consistently without being micromanaged
