Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading company in Somerset, WI to hire Seasonal Pick/Pack Associates for a part-time weekend schedule. • Friday and Sunday
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• $19.00 per hour

Position Summary

As a Picker/Packer Associate, you will play a key role in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting, inspecting, packaging, and preparing toys and games for shipment. You will work alongside a team and utilize automated equipment to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse storage locations based on customer orders.
• Package products securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Apply shipping labels and verify shipment information for accuracy.
• Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or damage prior to shipment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while maintaining a clean work area.
• Operate automated warehouse equipment as trained.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages throughout the workday.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
