As a Production Finisher, you'll help transform products from production-ready to customer-ready by performing final finishing, inspection, detailing, and packaging tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has a strong eye for detail, and finds satisfaction in ensuring every product leaves looking its best!

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM 
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Pay

  • $21.30-$27.92/hour
  • 10% Shift Differential for Qualifying Shifts
  • Weekly Pay Every Friday

What You'll Do

  • Clean, polish, sand, and finish manufactured products
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform minor touch-ups and corrections as needed
  • Package and prepare completed products for shipment
  • Use hand tools and finishing equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work with a team to meet daily production goals

Skills & Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, or finishing experience preferred
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
