General Worker

Salary: $17.00

Job Duties: 

• Operate underground backfill plants 
• Operate high-pressure slurry pumping systems 
• Monitor the slurry silo filling. Coordinate intake and output from silos
• Monitor the slurry intake and output to the backfill operations 
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns 
• Maintain operational records on a shift-by-shift basis
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time at the discretion of the company 
• Piping and valve installation and maintenance 
• Monitor and maintain sand pours
• Monitor slurry silo filling 

Requirements: 

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively 
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions 
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time 
• Able to lift, bend, reach, push, pull, climb, walk, twist 
• Mobile equipment experience 
• Previous sand plant experience 

Work Schedule: 6:30am to 6:30pm
