About the job

Join a role where you’ll lead the creation of a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment across client sites. As the primary HS&E and Quality Assurance leader, you will drive a strong safety culture, oversee environmental, health, and safety programs, and ensure compliance with North American and client-specific standards. You will manage audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions to support safe operations and continuous improvement.

 

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

What you’ll bring 

• Experience leading an independent EHS or single-site safety program.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state-specific regulations.
• Skill in conducting incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and risk-reduction initiatives.
• Experience managing audits, corrective actions, reporting, and environmental compliance programs.
• Expertise in training development, onboarding, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

 

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 2 years
• Related Experience: 2 years
