As a Molding Machine Operator, you'll work with specialized production equipment to create high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented environment. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll stay active, engaged, and involved in a variety of hands-on tasks throughout your shift.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor molding equipment
• Load materials and prepare production runs
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production paperwork and basic computer entries
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with teammates to meet production goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
