Location: Guelph, ON
Pay Rate: $21.25/hour + $1.25/hour shift premium
Shift: 3:00pm- 11:00 pm Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-Time

Our client, a busy manufacturing facility in Guelph, is looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in manufacturing warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklift operation who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the shipping and receiving of products, ensuring shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy.

• Complete all required shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.

• Move and organize products between warehouse and production areas as required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment.

• Operate material handling equipment safely and in accordance with workplace procedures.

• Assist with training and supporting fellow warehouse employees when required.

• Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments to coordinate warehouse activities and resolve any shipping or receiving issues.

• Follow all company safety and quality standards while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a shipping and receiving environment.

• Minimum 3 years of forklift experience.

• Must have a valid third-party forklift certification/license for both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.

• Previous experience operating both Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to safely lift and handle 30–50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify shipments and complete documentation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
