Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting Packers, Packaging Associates, Production Workers, and Warehouse Associates for multiple opportunities throughout Broadview, McCook, and Hodgkins, IL.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment or distribution.

  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage.

  • Assemble boxes, cartons, and packaging materials.

  • Sort, count, and organize finished products.

  • Load products into boxes, containers, or packaging equipment.

  • Assist with production lines and packaging machinery.

  • Verify product quantities and packaging accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.

  • Meet daily production and packaging goals.

Job Requirements

  • Previous packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

  • Willingness to perform repetitive packaging and production tasks.

  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay & Schedule

  • $17.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on position and shift.

  • 1st Shift – Morning opportunities.

  • 2nd Shift – Afternoon and evening opportunities.

  • 3rd Shift – Overnight opportunities.

  • Multiple warehouse, packaging, and production positions.

  • Opportunities throughout Broadview, McCook, and Hodgkins, IL.
