Store Associate – Customer Service & Vehicle Sales

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Store Associate to join an established automotive business. This position involves a combination of customer service, vehicle sales, administrative responsibilities, and daily store operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable interacting with customers in a variety of situations. Strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, vehicle sales, and general store services.

• Complete and process vehicle title paperwork and sales documentation.

• Receive, inspect, and check in automotive parts delivered to the store.

• Process intake forms and maintain accurate records for repossessed vehicles.

• Assist customers with recovering personal belongings or retrieving their vehicles.

• Handle customer concerns and sensitive situations with patience and professionalism.

• Maintain organized records and support daily store operations.

• Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous customer service, retail, automotive sales, or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.

• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.

• Comfortable handling paperwork and following established procedures.

• Willingness to learn vehicle title processing and automotive-related procedures.
