Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerks, Warehouse Associates, and Inventory Clerks for warehouse and distribution opportunities in McCook, IL.

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, order processing, and warehouse computer systems.

Candidates with experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or shipping software such as UPS WorldShip are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Verify received materials against purchase orders and packing slips.

  • Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).

  • Enter and update inventory information using warehouse computer systems.

  • Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software.

  • Process shipments using UPS WorldShip or other shipping platforms.

  • Track inventory movements and maintain accurate warehouse records.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock organization.

  • Communicate shipment discrepancies and resolve inventory issues.

Job Requirements

  • Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred.

  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory software preferred.

  • UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or other shipping software experience is a plus.

  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience.

  • Familiarity with purchase orders, packing slips, and Bills of Lading.

  • RF scanner experience is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay & Schedule

  • $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on position and experience.

  • 1st Shift – Daytime opportunities.

  • Warehouse and distribution center positions.

  • Opportunities located in McCook, IL.
