Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
• Track inventory movement throughout a large warehouse environment
• Utilize Microsoft Excel daily for inventory tracking, reporting, and data entry
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Generate inventory reports and maintain documentation
• Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Ability to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets accurately
• Comfortable working in a large warehouse environment
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS, ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience
• Shipping and receiving knowledge
• Manufacturing or distribution center experience
