Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting Warehouse Order Pickers, Order Selectors, and Warehouse Associates for opportunities in McCook, IL.

Job Responsibilities

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Use RF scanners and handheld devices to locate and scan products.
Read pick tickets and follow order instructions.
Pull products from shelves, racks, and designated warehouse locations.
Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.

Job Requirements

Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
RF scanner experience is a plus.
Experience with picking, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures.

Pay & Schedule

$18.00 – $19.50 per hour, depending on position and shift.
1st Shift – Morning opportunities.
2nd Shift – Afternoon and evening opportunities.
Warehouse and distribution center opportunities.
Positions located in McCook, IL.
