We are seeking dependable, motivated Production Workers to join our team at our fast-paced manufacturing facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in operating high-speed automated packaging machinery, ensuring product quality, and keeping our production lines moving smoothly.

Schedule & Earning Potential

We operate on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (e.g., 2-2-3 rotation), which offers excellent work-life balance and high earning potential.

Shift Times: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

Weekend Rotation: Work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and enjoy the opposite weekend completely off.

Guaranteed Overtime: Our schedule naturally includes built-in overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Monitor and support automated production equipment, including filling, capping, labeling, and blow-molding machinery.
• Line Replenishment: Load raw materials (plastic preforms, bottle caps, labels, boxes) into equipment to keep lines running continuously.
• Quality Inspection: Perform routine visual quality checks to ensure bottles are properly filled, sealed, and labeled to meet our safety standards.
• Packaging & Palletizing: Safely pack finished cases of water, stack them onto pallets, and operate stretch-wrap machinery for shipping.
• Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized work area; clear minor machinery jams safely and report maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Qualifications & Physical Requirements
• PPE: Must have steel toed boots 
• Experience: Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend on concrete floors for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Lifting Ability: Capability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (cases of product and material supplies).
• Reliability: Excellent attendance record, punctuality, and a strong commitment to team safety.
