Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Floor Care Maintenance Technician/Supervisor for a reputable client in the Twin Cities area. This is a hands-on role for candidates with a strong background in commercial carpet and floor maintenance who can work independently, lead crews, and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial carpet cleaning and maintenance services
• Strip, wax, and refinish commercial flooring surfaces
• Operate truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment
• Supervise and assist team members on job sites
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain equipment and company vehicles in good working order
• Learn and implement new cleaning techniques and procedures
• Complete projects independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial carpet cleaning and floor care required
• Experience with floor stripping and refinishing required
• Supervisory or crew lead experience preferred
• Experience with epoxy floor coatings and concrete/terrazzo polishing is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work throughout the shift

Pay
