Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Assignment Length: 2–4 weeks

 

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Warehouse Associates to support general warehouse operations at a distribution facility.

The ideal candidates will have the ability to sort freight, palletize products, load and unload materials, and organize shipments. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to safely lift and move heavy materials while maintaining an organized work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Unload trailers, sort freight, and load delivery trucks according to route sequence.

• Palletize, organize, and safely stack products and materials.

• Ensure products are placed in the correct locations and shipments are properly organized.

• Load and unload materials while following proper handling procedures.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

• Communicate professionally and work cooperatively with team members.

• Demonstrate reliable attendance and perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull between up to 50 lbs. 

• Ability to speak and understand English.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and safety conscious.

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, with potential overtime based on business needs.

• Must pass required background check and drug screening before starting.

• Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes required.

• Orange safety vest required for all roles.
