RV Maintenance Technician
Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (DOE) with advancement opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM | Some Saturdays 9:00 AM-4:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems and components.
- Install RV accessories and upgrades.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.
- Complete inspections and ensure repairs meet company quality standards.
- Work alongside experienced technicians while developing your skills and certifications.
Technician Training Program
New technicians can begin as a Technician in Training, learning the RV industry from the ground up. You'll start by becoming familiar with RV systems, shadowing experienced mentors, performing inspections, and assisting with repairs. Advancement opportunities are available after successful completion of training, with the potential to grow into higher-level technician roles.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Ability to follow directions and learn new skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical repair experience.
- Electrical troubleshooting or diagnostic experience.
- HVAC or plumbing experience is a plus.
