Job Title: Local Class 1 Delivery Driver (Vancouver Island)

The Role
This is a strictly local, hands-on delivery position. You will be operating multi-stop routes (typically 8 to 15 stops daily) across the Cowichan Valley and Campbell River areas.

This is not a "drop-and-go" job. You will be responsible for the entire delivery process, ensuring freight is handled safely and professionally. Your day-to-day will include:

Safely unloading palletized freight.

Using hand-carts to physically deliver products directly into customer facilities.

Providing excellent, face-to-face customer service at every stop.

It is a physically demanding role that requires effort and attention to detail, but in return, it offers predictable routes, steady work, and the autonomy to manage your own day.

Requirements

Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.

Minimum of 6 months of Class 1 driving experience.

Ability to comfortably and regularly lift up to 45 lbs.

Must be bondable and able to pass a background check.

Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
