Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Position Overview

 

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customer service and order-related inquiries at a manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to assist customers in both English and Spanish. This position requires someone who is organized, patient, and comfortable handling customer questions while providing accurate and timely information. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding existing orders, order status, and general inquiries.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate updates on order progress.
• Troubleshoot order-related issues and assist customers in resolving concerns.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely responses and satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers by phone and email.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to support daily customer service and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments when necessary to obtain order information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and order updates.
• Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in an office or administrative setting preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or order processing is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve routine order-related issues.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, patient, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Availability to work the scheduled part-time hours consistently.
