About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Retail & Warehouse Associate to join a busy pool supply store. You’ll help customers find the right products, test pool water, run the register, and keep the store and warehouse stocked and organized. If you like staying busy and working with people, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find the right pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies
• Test customer water samples and explain the results and recommended treatments
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash accurately
• Track inventory, complete stock counts, and report low or damaged items
• Keep the sales floor and warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Answer phone calls and customer questions about products and pool care

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Cash handling experience a plus
• Pool or water testing knowledge preferred, but we’ll train the right person
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in warm conditions and in a warehouse setting
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Ability to swim
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment as needed
