Our client, a custom manufacturing company in Mississauga, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Jr. Fabricator to join their team. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, interpreting drawings, and contributing to high-quality custom projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and work instructions
• Measure materials accurately using a measuring tape
• Use basic hand and power tools, including drills, drivers, and saws
• Assemble and fabricate custom products according to specifications
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
