We are looking for ROCK STARS to join our growing chocolate manufacturing team!

Everyone starts at $17.00 per hour, but if you are dependable, hardworking, and demonstrate outstanding performance, you could qualify for raises of up to $5.00 per hour.

Raises are based on experience, productivity, attendance, and overall job performance. Raises are not guaranteed.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·                     Work on production and assembly lines manufacturing chocolate products.

• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

·                     Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

RESPONSABILIDADES

·                     Trabajar en líneas de producción y fabricación de chocolate.

• Empacar, etiquetar y preparar productos para su distribución.
• Inspeccionar los productos terminados para garantizar su calidad.
• Realizar tareas generales de producción y almacén.
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
• Cumplir con las normas de seguridad alimentaria y laboral.
• Trabajar eficientemente en un ambiente de producción de ritmo rápido.

REQUISITOS

·                     Se prefiere experiencia en almacén o manufactura, pero no es obligatoria.

• Ser responsable y puntual.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
• Poder realizar tareas repetitivas.
• Tener una actitud positiva y ganas de trabajar.
• Capacidad para trabajar individualmente y en equipo.
• Disposición para aprender y crecer dentro de la empresa.
