We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our client's custom manufacturing team in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

What Our Client Offers:

• Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm – with overtime offered

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
• Measure materials accurately using measuring tapes and other tools
• Assemble and manufacture custom products according to specifications
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines

 

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand shop drawings
• Experience using basic hand and power tools, including measuring tapes, drills, drivers, and saws
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
