Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Carpenter position for an Athens, TX area company! We are a full-service staffing firm working with companies in East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. While we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform carpentry tasks using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic nail guns.

• Accurately read tape measures and take measurements for cutting, assembling, and installing materials.

• Assist with building, assembling, and finishing structures and components.

• Work alongside the production team to complete projects efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and air guns.

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Flexibility with start and end times and willingness to work occasional weekends.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must wear closed-toe shoes while working.
