Furniture Set Up Associate/ General Labor- $20/hr
A new furniture gallery in Conroe, TX is seeking 5–6 temporary Furniture Setup Associates to assist with preparing its showroom for opening. This short-term assignment involves unpacking, moving, and arranging furniture and rugs, along with removing packaging and keeping the work area organized. Salary and Schedule:
Responsibilities:

Unbox and unpack furniture, tables, rugs, and other showroom items
-
Move and position furniture and rugs throughout the new gallery
-
Assist with arranging showroom items according to onsite instructions

Collect and remove large cardboard boxes, packing materials, and trash
-
Keep work areas clear and organized while following safe lifting practices

Work with the onsite team to complete setup tasks on schedule
Required Qualifications:

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling

Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
-
Dependable attendance and punctuality for the full temporary assignment

Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a team

Commitment to safe handling of furniture and materials
Preferred:
- Previous experience in general labor, furniture moving, warehouse work, or material handling
