Join a growing team and put your CNC machining skills to work! We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a 2nd shift position in North Baltimore, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a 4-day work week while working with a variety of CNC Mills and Lathes.

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a wide variety of CNC machinery, including Mills and Lathes.
• Determine and install appropriate fixtures, attachments, and tooling according to job specifications.
• Review project requirements and collaborate with machinists, supervisors, and planners to ensure production consistency and quality.
• Adjust machine speeds, tooling, and cutting techniques to achieve precise dimensions and superior finished products.
• Monitor machining operations and perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC setup and operation experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and measuring instruments.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and machine adjustments.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
