Available Schedules & Pay

Day Shift – $23.00/hr

• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday

Night Shift – $24.44/hr

• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

• Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Night Shift – $24.44/hr

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

• Training: First month on day shift at $23.00/hr before transitioning to nights.

Job Responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator II / Loader, you will play an important role in ensuring products and materials are safely and accurately moved throughout the facility.

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials.

• Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled properly and without damage.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, packaging, and materials.

• Collect, stage, and prepare products and pallets for outgoing shipments.

• Verify product information, including item numbers, product types, and lot codes.

• Ensure orders are accurate and complete all required shipping and inventory documentation.

• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate material tracking records.

• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Assist in other departments or positions as needed.

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping environment.

• Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and material handling.

• Ability to operate forklifts in both indoor warehouse and outdoor yard environments.

• Excellent attention to detail, especially when verifying products and completing documentation.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety instructions and complete required documentation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift.

• Ability to climb trucks, stairs, and ladders as needed.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

• Ability to safely identify, handle, and track materials.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to complete a background check, drug screening, and job-related physical assessment.
