A busy industrial manufacturing facility is looking for a skilled Plant Maintenance Technician / Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and equipment.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone experienced in mechanical repairs, hydraulics, conveyor systems, and industrial equipment maintenance. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands, and tackling different mechanical challenges, this could be a great fit!

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, hydraulic pumps, motors, and production machinery.
• Perform maintenance on industrial mixers and heavy-duty equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Install, assemble, test, and repair equipment using hand and power tools.
• Inspect machinery for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, conveyors, motors, and pumps.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and multimeter experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Technical training or experience with high-speed production equipment preferred.
• Must provide your own tools.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and working on equipment throughout the shift.
• Able to work around loud machinery, dust, grease, and outdoor temperature changes.
