A busy concrete manufacturing facility is hiring a dependable Front Discharge Mixer Truck Operator to join its production team!

If you have experience operating heavy equipment, concrete mixer trucks, construction machinery, or industrial equipment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

No previous concrete mixer experience? Training is provided! Candidates with heavy equipment experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Operate a front discharge concrete mixer truck to transport and pour concrete into production forms.
• Inspect equipment before and after each shift.
• Perform daily cleaning, greasing, and basic equipment maintenance.
• Assist with batch plant cleanup and general production tasks.
• Work closely with other operators to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of heavy equipment operating experience required.
• Construction or concrete industry experience preferred.
• Experience with loaders, mixer trucks, or similar equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Strong safety awareness and good communication skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing over 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working around loud machinery and industrial equipment.
