Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things running smoothly?

A growing warehouse and logistics company in Taylor, TX is looking for a dependable Inventory Control Specialist / Inventory Coordinator to help manage daily inventory operations, track shipments, and communicate with customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in inventory management, warehouse administration, shipping and receiving, logistics coordination, or data entry who enjoys staying organized and solving problems.

What You'll Do

• Inventory Tracking: Update and maintain accurate records of daily inbound and outbound shipments in real time.
• Inventory Management: Monitor product locations, organize inventory placement, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Shipping & Receiving: Track incoming and outgoing materials and update inventory systems.
• Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries professionally by phone and email.
• Customer Support: Assist with customer meetings, updates, and inventory-related requests.
• Inventory Accuracy: Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Quality Inspections: Perform basic visual inspections to verify inventory condition and accuracy.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain organized inventory records and support daily warehouse reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or shipping and receiving preferred.
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both over the phone and through email.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve issues.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
