Warehouse Associate

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift: 1st Shift
Locations: Evansville, Princeton, Boonville, and Mt. Vernon, IN

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for a variety of opportunities with local employers throughout the area. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Warehouse Associates may perform a variety of duties depending on the assigned worksite. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in warehouse and industrial environments while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Operate pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Inspect products and materials for quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform general warehouse, production, and material-handling duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Willingness to work in a variety of warehouse and industrial settings

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 30+ pounds
• Regularly lift up to 60 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
• Perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse or production environment
