Quality Sorters - Immediate Openings

We are currently seeking  reliable and detail-oriented Sorters to join a busy machine shop environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy consistent, repetitive work and take pride in producing quality results.

Pay & Schedule

·         $16.50 per hour

·         1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

·         10-hour shifts, 5 days per week

·         Frequent overtime opportunities, including some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Inspect small manufactured parts for quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as:

o    Calipers

o    Micrometers

o    Snap gauges

o    Height gauges

 

·         Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment to customers

·         Work independently at an assigned workstation

·         Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the shift

Requirements

·         Experience using calipers, micrometers, snap gauges, and height gauges

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to accurately inspect small parts

·         Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

·         Dependable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment

·         Machine shop/manufacturing setting

·         Slow-paced, highly repetitive work

·         Seated work may be available depending on the station

·         No steel-toe shoes required

·         Closed-toe shoes, safety glasses, and standard manufacturing/warehouse attire required
