Now hiring an experienced Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician for a long-term opportunity in Kendallville! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, and keeping production running smoothly.

Location: Kendallville, IN
Pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3PM–11PM, with rotating weekends
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire

What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment.
Troubleshoot machinery, conveyors, and mechanical systems.
Inspect, adjust, and replace worn or damaged components.
Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
Communicate maintenance needs and document completed repairs.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on industrial maintenance or millwright experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience working with conveyors, motors, bearings, and drive systems.
Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
