Position Overview

Distribution Center in Hope Mills is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Part-Time Package Sorters. This role is ideal for candidates looking for evening hours and a fast-paced warehouse environment. Team members will help ensure packages are sorted, organized, and prepared for timely delivery to stores and customers.

Available Shifts

Option 1:

Saturday - Monday
7:30 PM until approximately midnight
End time may vary based on daily workload

Option 2:

Tuesday - Friday
7:30 PM until approximately midnight
End time may vary based on daily workload

Responsibilities
Sort and organize packages accurately and efficiently
Load and unload freight as needed 

Scan and process packages using warehouse equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required
