Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred)

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a client in the West Milwaukee area for a Customer Service Representative. Our client is a well-established distributor of roofing and exterior building products serving professional contractors and construction customers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be comfortable supporting customers in a fast-paced building materials environment. Roofers Mart, Inc. describes its business as supplying exterior building products to professional contractors and emphasizes customer service and contractor support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, builders, and other customers.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support branch operations and sales staff as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience in roofing, construction, building materials, lumber, distribution, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

• Working with contractors, builders, or construction professionals.
• Order entry and inventory management.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, siding, windows, gutters, insulation, or other exterior building products.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
• West Milwaukee, WI
