Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with experience in plastic injection molding, machine setup, process troubleshooting, mold maintenance, and production support. The selected candidate will optimize injection molding operations, maintain production efficiency, and support quality manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Process Technician Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and monitor plastic injection molding machines to meet production requirements
• Perform material and color changeovers while ensuring proper machine operation and process consistency
• Troubleshoot molding issues and implement process improvements to maximize quality and productivity
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams while maintaining accurate production records
• Follow safety procedures, maintain molds and tooling, and support organized work practices throughout the facility

Process Technician Qualifications

• 2-5 years of plastic injection molding or manufacturing experience
• Experience operating and troubleshooting injection molding equipment
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and occasional weekends as needed

• Plastic Injection Molding
• AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
• Molding Machine Technician or Manufacturing Technician experience
• Leadership, mentoring, or employee training experience
