Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a dependable, motivated Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join a well-established industrial supply company in Hibbing, MN!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants more than a traditional warehouse position. You'll combine hands-on warehouse operations with inventory management, invoicing, and customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments

• Operate forklifts and assist with handling heavy equipment and bulk materials

• Pick, package, and prepare products for customer orders and deliveries

• Track inventory, maintain accurate records, and complete monthly inventory counts

• Process purchase orders, invoices, inventory transfers, and customer transactions

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking products

• Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and occasional walk-in purchases

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience with inventory software, invoicing, or bookkeeping is a plus

• Forklift or heavy equipment experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial equipment

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically active environment

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Willingness to obtain a Class A or Class B CDL

• Ability to pass a background check

• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with a team
