In this role, you'll work with small parts and materials, operate basic production equipment, and help prepare and assemble components.

What You'll Do

* Prepare, handle, and process small parts and materials.
* Operate manufacturing equipment following established instructions.
* Follow step-by-step work orders and quality guidelines.
* Inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
* Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

 

 

What We're Looking For:

* Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Basic ability to read drawings, diagrams, or measurements (willingness to learn is welcome).
* Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
* Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to speak, read, and write English to understand work and safety instructions.
