Job Summary

McAllen Foreign Trade Zone, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join its warehouse operations team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipping, and inventory management. This position involves processing online orders, preparing shipments, operating warehouse scanning systems, and ensuring orders are accurately packaged and shipped within daily deadlines.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stay productive, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders.

• Process B2B and B2C online orders.

• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details.

• Prepare, print, and apply shipping labels.

• Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.

• Use barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Replenish picking locations and assist with inventory counts.

• Inspect and process returned merchandise.

• Meet daily order fulfillment and shipping deadlines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Communicate shortages, damages, and order discrepancies to supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Must have a cleared background.

• Forklift certification required.

Preferred Experience

• E-commerce order fulfillment.

• Picking and packing online orders.

• Shipping and receiving.

• Inventory management.

• Barcode scanning and WMS systems.

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS shipping systems.

• B2B and B2C order processing.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive warehouse duties.

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing 40+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
