Schedule: Monday-Friday | Monday-Thursday 6:45 AM-3:30 PM, Friday 6:45 AM-1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00-$20.00/hr (Based on Position and Experience)

Company Summary

Express Employment is assisting a client who manufactures cutting systems for combines and other agricultural equipment used in harvesting crops and hay.

Responsibilities

• Assemble agricultural equipment components according to production specifications
• Operate grinders, stamping equipment, and other production machinery to process steel components
• Move and handle materials throughout production and warehouse areas
• Package finished products for shipment and distribution
• Inspect parts and products for quality while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Must have some prior exposure to a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a production and warehouse setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible, dependable, and willing to assist where needed
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
• Steel-toe shoes required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or material handling experience
• Experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
