General Labor – Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Installation Helper

Pay: $18–$19 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description

Looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labor Worker to assist experienced fire alarm and sprinkler installation technicians on commercial job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction labor, electrical helper, or general hands-on experience who wants to learn a skilled trade.

You will work alongside experienced installers, helping with daily installation tasks, running wire, handling tools, and assisting with fire alarm and sprinkler system installations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist fire alarm and sprinkler installers with daily job-site tasks.
• Run and pull wire through walls, ceilings, and conduit.
• Help measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Carry materials, maintain an organized work area, and clean job sites.
• Follow directions and all job-site safety procedures.
• Learn installation techniques and develop new trade skills through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Previous construction labor, electrical helper, or similar experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work on ladders and perform physical labor.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to take direction.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.
